I'll get straight to the point. The word "fail" has been loosely used on many of our forums either to describe something that does not work, or to make fun of someones effort that did not work. Without failure there isn't success. We need to fail in order or succeed.

This topic isn't one that is seriously discussed. Maybe because everyone wants to succeed or be a success. But how do you become a success if you do not fail along the way? Personally, I have many stories where I failed but I learned from my mistakes.
